ABOUT PROJECT

Taste of Helsinki was a culinary festival serving up some of the best food in the country. The gourmet picnic brought together ten fabulous restaurants from Helsinki and even some from abroad. During the 4 days’ artisan food fair the festival gathered thousands of foodies to enjoy exclusive menus and signature dishes by some of the greatest Finnish restaurants and celebrity chefs. Although the focus was on the fine food, the event also featured wine and champagne exhibition, draft beer and cider bar, coffee lab and cocktail bars.

The festival was established in 2012 by Barry and Mira MacNamara and it was held in June at Kansalaistori in Helsinki, Finland.
