ABOUT PROJECT

4,000 kilometers, 7 events, and 6 cities — Palmulandia on the road with Compass Group Finland.

 

Palmulandia had the great honor of being selected to kick off and bring to life Compass Group Finland’s new brand strategy through the Meidän Compass (“Our Compass”) roadshow. This nationwide internal campaign laid a meaningful foundation for the company’s future — always putting people first.

 

Between October and November, the tour traveled from Seinäjoki to Turku, Oulu, Lahti, and Kuopio, before concluding in Helsinki. The seven events brought together around 1,700 Compass employees from across the country. Along the way, attendees enjoyed delicious food from Compass’ own gastronomy team, live entertainment, and inspiring presentations highlighting both internal and external campaigns — including the Best School Food in Finland initiative led in collaboration with chef Linnea Vihonen.

 

The tour finale in Helsinki also featured the Be A Star awards, recognizing six outstanding individuals and one team for their exceptional contributions.

 

In keeping with the tour’s purpose — listening to the voices of Compass employees — a tailored employer brand survey was conducted in collaboration with Staart. The result: 949 valuable responses offering real insights into the Compass work culture across Finland.
